Yes. When logging in using a web browser, you should note the “https” (rather than “http”) and a secured site icon (e.g., a lock) in the navigation. We use encryption (i.e., encoding and scrambling of data) to help protect data.
Using your email address or mobile phone, we will send you a passcode that will be used as your password. The passcode can only be used one time, and within 10 minutes of requesting it. Each time you return, you will need to request a new passcode.
After 3 failed attempts, we permanently lock the application and you will be required to start over. Make sure you are accurately entering the 8-digit pass code within the 10 minute time frame, to avoid being locked out.
